Synopsis: Enda vägen ut är upp.

Under en exkursion i vildmarken blir klättraren Kelly vittne till hur en grupp främmande män kallblodigt mördar hennes vän. En händelse hon dessutom lyckas fånga på film. Jagad, desperat och med skyddsutrustningen kvar i lägret bestämmer sig Kelly för att för att försöka sig på en spektakulär flykt uppför berget. ”The Ledge” är en andlöst spännande thriller i stil med ”Cliffhanger” och ”Instängd”.
