Synopsis: Efter ett decennium av musikskapande har Jim och Sam, en nygift singer/songwriter-duo, inte uppnått den nivå av framgång som de hoppats på. Duon kände sig oroliga för sin framtid och tog ett spontant beslut att gå "all in". De ingick i en pakt om att spela en show varje dag i ett år. Med resväskor och en gitarr gav sig trubadurerna ut på en 365-dagars turné längs outforskade vägar och ut på oväntade scener för att spela sin musik till en ny publik i 14 olika länder. After So Many Days ger en intim insikt till deras toppar och dalar samt hur det är för två personer att jaga en dröm tillsammans.
